This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for individuals who access our CRM and other related services. By signing up, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. 30-Day Notice for Cancellation

You must provide a 30-day notice prior to cancelling your access. This notice must be submitted in writing via email to support@spartabiz.com.


3. Refund Eligibility

- Before Services Provided: If you cancel within 30 days of signing up and before any services have been provided, you may be eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.

- After Services Provided: No refunds will be issued once any services have been provided. This includes access to the CRM and any other services.


4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Submit a written notice of cancellation to support@spartabiz.com at least 30 days prior to your desired cancellation date.

- Include your full name, ID, and the reason for cancellation in the notice.

- Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, we will review your request and determine your eligibility for a refund based on the criteria outlined above.

- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

- The 30-day notice period is not respected.

- Services have already been provided, including but not limited to access to the CRM.

- The individual has violated any terms and conditions of the service agreement.

6. California Consumer Rights

Under California law, you are entitled to specific consumer rights. This Refund Policy does not limit any rights you may have under California law. If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable under California law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website with a revised effective date. You are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
